RESEPI SPAGHETTI SAUCE


Spaghetti Sauce.Bon Appetit.

Bahan2nya (Sosnya)
1-1.5 paket Spaghetti pasta
600gm daging cinchang/hiris tipis
1 bawang besar - dipotong dadu kecil
10 ulas bawang putih - dicinchang halus
2 sudu besar cili kisar (Kalau hendak pedas tambah lagi)
1 biji buah tomato (besar)- dipotong dadu
1 lobak merah - dipotong dadu kechil2 (ikut Citarasa)
1 tin cendawan butang - dihiris2 - atau cendawan Shitake
2 tin besar tomato cinchang- ikut jenama pilihan anda
3 helai daun 'Bay leave' kering -
1/2 sudu teh serbuk daun rempah dari Itali (kalau ada letakan daun selasih)
1/2 sudu teh serbuk rempah 'Oregano'
Secubit serbuk buah pala (Kalau ada)
3 sudu besar serbuk cheese 'Parmesan'
Garam secukup rasa
3 sudu besar gula
2 sudu besar - Minyak Zaitun (Biasa)

Cara2nya
Panaskan minyuk zaitun diperiuk besar, letakan bawang besar,putih,daun 'Bay'. Biarkan bawang lembut dan harum nya timbul. Letakan lobak merah dan tomato buah & puree. Bila sos mula berbuay, letakan daging cinchang/hiris. Gaulkan rata2. Letakan serbuk 'Oregano' and dedaun serbuk lain. Garam & gula. Rasa kuahnya. Masam & Manis. Bila daging embuk dan masak letakan serbuk cheese 'Parmesan' dan gaulkan lagi rata.

Di periuk yang lain, panaskan air untuk merebus paste spaghetti, letak 4/5 sudu garam. Bila masak toskan pasta nya, letakan sedikit mentega, gaulkan dan tepikan. Disajikan panas dengan sos yang dimasak tadi. Letakan parmesan cheese sedikit dan cili serbuk kering diatas sebagai topping-nya.

Ingredients
1 - 1.5 packet of Spaghetti pasta
600gm Minced Beef/Thinly slice - Shabu2 beef
1 large onion - diced
10 cloves of garlic - diced
2 cili paste (Optional if want spicy)
1 large tomatoe - diced
1 carrot - diced small
1 tin of button mushroom / Shitake Mushroom - diced
2 large can of Tomatoe puree of any brand of choice
3 'Bay' Leave or Italian dried leaves spice
1/2 tspn of 'Oregano' spice
Sprinkle of Nutmeg - (Optional)
3 tbspn of 'Parmesan Cheese'
Salt to taste
3 tbspn sugar
2 tbspn of Olive Oil (Normal)

Method
Heat the Olive oil in a large pot. Place the diced ingreients - onions,garlic & Bay leaves. Let the onions soften and the aroma rises. Add the dice carrot and diced tomatoe & puree. Once the sauce started to pop bubble and the minced /sliced meat. Stir & mixed well. Add the 'Oregano & Italian herbs spices. Add salt & sugar. Taste the sauce gravy. Must be Tangy, sour & sweet.
Once the meat is cooked add the parmesan cheese. Stir the mixture.

In another pot, boil water for boiling the spaghetti pasta. Once boiled, drained the pasta and add some butter. Mixed the pasta well. Serve the spaghetti with the hot dry chilli flakes, sprinkle some parmesan cheese as topping.
